The parts that shouldn’t cost extra
Keeping clients apart, backing them up and watching the servers is how this works — not a tier you upgrade to.
- A private account and private folders for every client
- Software that opens in its own window — never a full desktop
- Hourly file backups and nightly full backups, kept off-site
- Clients restore backups and reset passwords themselves
- Servers watched around the clock, with alerts to us
What counts as a seat?
One person who signs in and opens applications. Add or remove seats as your team changes — the next invoice follows the count.
How does billing run?
Monthly, per seat, on the plan you are subscribed to. Invoices open at the end of each period with 14 days to pay.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your needs change — the next invoice follows the plan you are on, and there is nothing to renegotiate.
Not sure which plan fits? Send us your seat count and application list and we’ll tell you plainly.
Before you commit
Do we need to buy new software licences?
No. You bring licences you already own and we host the applications for you. Where a vendor requires a specific hosting or multi-user licence, we tell you before anything is set up — not after.
Can we host our clients' files as well as our own?
Yes, and that is the common case. Each client gets their own private workspace, and you decide who in your firm can reach which. One bill covers everything you manage.
Does anyone see a Windows desktop?
No. Your people get the application window and nothing else — no file explorer, no Start menu, no system drive to wander into.
How is one client's data kept separate from another's?
Every workspace gets its own account and its own private folders, and the server enforces that separation directly rather than relying on a setting in an app. One client cannot list or open another's files.
Start with one workspace
We’ll size it with you, publish your first application, and show you the backup running before you decide anything.
