How it works

From the software you own to an icon your team clicks

No VPN to set up, no image to build, no desktop to lock down afterwards. Here is what actually happens when you move — and what keeps one client out of another's files.

01

Keep the licences you own

You bring the QuickBooks, Sage or Drake licences you already pay for. We host the software — we don't resell it.

02

We set it all up

We build a private workspace for each client, move your data across, and publish your applications. You check it over before anything goes live.

03

Everyone opens one icon

Your team and your clients sign in, click once, and the software opens — from the office, from home, from anywhere.

Built to stay boring

There is no door to knock on

The server your software runs on doesn't accept instructions from the internet — it reaches out to us, does the work and reports back. That leaves nothing exposed for someone to try their luck against, and no shared password between one client's server and the next.

Keeping clients apart

Four walls between one client and the next

The rule we build against: a client can never see, list or open another client's files — not by accident, and not on purpose.

Their own sign-in

Every client gets their own account with its own password. We generate it on the server and hand it over once — we never keep a copy.

Their own files

Company files, uploads and backups sit under a folder that belongs to that client alone. Nothing is shared between clients unless you ask for it.

Enforced by the server

The separation is set at the file level by the server itself, not by a tick-box inside an application. There is no setting for someone to get wrong.

Nowhere else to go

No file explorer, no Start menu, no system drive. The application window is the whole of what your people can reach.

After go-live

The part most hosts go quiet about

Moving you across is the easy bit. It's the months afterwards that decide whether hosting was a good idea. These run whether or not anyone is watching.

Backups

Hourly + nightly

Company files every hour, the client's whole folder every night, with a copy kept somewhere else. You can restore any of it yourself from the portal.

Monitoring

Around the clock

We watch space, memory and load on every server. A disk filling up, a backup that didn't finish or a run of failed sign-ins reaches us automatically.

Record of changes

Everything logged

Every action — ours, yours and your clients' — is written down as it happens. If you ever need to know who did what and when, the answer is there.
